Appliance Cleaning

Refrigerator 

Remove all food items (please provide coolers), remove all removable components such as shelves and drawers.  Clean refrigerator interior including top, bottom, sidewalls and any built-in areas addressing all debris, spills & stains.  Scrub and dry removable drawers and shelves. Reassemble and restock refrigerator.   On the exterior of the refrigerator we will wet wipe the top, sides, doors and door handles, descale the water dispenser if needed and shine the doors & door handles. 

Freezer 

Remove all food items (please provide coolers), remove all removable components such as shelves and drawers.  Clean freezer interior including top, bottom, sidewalls and any built-in areas addressing all debris, spills & stains.  Scrub and dry removable drawers and shelves. Reassemble and restock freezer.   On the exterior of the freezer we will wet wipe the top, sides, doors and door handles, descale the water dispenser if needed and shine the doors & door handles. 

Stove-Top and Oven

Remove burners and grates, loosen stuck-on food, grease or charred bits.  Scrub stubborn residue and polish stove top. Scrub and degrease grates and burners.  Polish control panel, stove-tops, exterior knobs, handles and glass.  In the oven our aim is to remove grease, grime, and burnt residues from interior walls, bottom, top, racks and trays doing out best to work around the heating element.  We pay special attention to the oven door glass doing our very best to restore as much visibility as possible.  If your stove has a warming drawer we will wipe the interior clean and shine the drawer front.

Microwave

Remove and scrub all interior food splatters and spills, clean and sanitize the microwave turntable and any racks it may have.  On the exterior we will wipe and shine the control panel, door, glass and door handles.  Microwave cleaning is automatically included in our recurring maintenance cleans, general cleaning as well as our deep cleaning services.  

Dishwasher

Interior racks are removed, any food particles, residue and buildup are addressed including descaling of calcium, lime 

or rust buildup.  Top and bottom racks are scrubbed and descaled if needed including the utensil basket.  

The dishwasher is reassembled and the exterior door and control panel is cleaned and shined. 

Clothes Washing Machine 

The interior side of the door as well as the drum, agitator and detergent compartment are handwashed removing any signs of visible debris and buildup particularly detergent buildup.  The rubber door seal is also wiped best we can without removing the seal. We wipe down the exterior top and sides that are accessible followed by the front of the unit paying special attention to the control panel, detergent drawer and lid top or face. If the unit has a lower drawer and/or pedestal base we will wipe the front and accessible sides.  If it is a drawer we will wipe the interior as well if it is empty. 

Clothes Dryer 

The interior side of the door as well as the drum are handwashed removing any signs of visible debris and buildup.  The lint screen is removed and handwashed.  We will clean the area surrounding the lint trap where the lint screen goes that is accessible by hand. The rubber door seal is also wiped best we can without removing the seal. We wipe down the exterior top and sides that are accessible followed by the front of the unit paying special attention to the control panel and lid top or face. If the unit has a lower drawer and/or pedestal base we will wipe the front and accessible sides.  If it is a drawer we will wipe the interior as well if it is empty.  This service is only cleaning the actual dryer and NOT dryer vent cleaning.  

Small Appliances 

Cleaning of small appliances is addressed on a case by case basis.  Typical small appliances that are cleaned include coffee makers, toaster, toaster ovens, blenders, stand mixers and other small kitchen style appliances which involves removing crumbs, residue, grease and/or build-up from the interior and exterior.  Exterior dried and polished

Important Note

For the healthy and safety of our technicians we cannot clean any appliance that is suspected of having mold growth.  Also, we cannot move large appliances. We clean all areas accessible where it stands. You are more than welcome to move the appliance prior to our arrival for a more comprehensive cleaning, but it is required that you inform the office of this intention ahead of time as it will require different tools & chemicals added to our cleaning kit along with additional cleaning time as behind and under large appliances very often requires extensive cleaning.
