 Our One-Time General Cleaning service  resembles our recurring maintenance cleaning, but we allocate extra time for it. This is because even the simplest tasks become more a far more labor-intensive chore when a home hasn't been cleaned regularly and consistently.

This is a comprehensive solution to refresh and revitalize your space once a year.  We focus on deep cleaning tasks not included in maintenance cleanings such as handwashing over dusting, wet washing light fixtures and fans, interior window washing, blind washing, appliance cleaning, extreme detail vacuuming (including furniture if requested), very detailed mopping, sanitizing all nook and crannies of all areas ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Our Annual Deep Cleaning service takes your regular maintenance cleaning to the next level.  Think of this as your annual Spring clean or Holiday Clean.

MOVE-IN SANITIZE CLEAN

Nothing is worse than opening a drawer to unpack your belongings only to find crumbs, gunk and Lord knows what else! Move-in cleans aim to make your move a whole lot easier with a lot less work!

This clean is best conducted in an empty space to allow us to really get into every nook, cranny and crevice and really scrub it clean ensuring your new living space is pristine and free of dirt, buildup, dust, and allergens before you settle in.  Your new chapter should begin with a fresh, hygienic environment.  Out with the old; in with the new!

MOVE OUT COURTESY CLEAN

A move-out clean is an overall surface level clean leaving your home broom clean for the next resident.  It is by no means as exhaustive as our move-in clean.  The aim of this clean is to not leave very visible dirt for the next resident.  We wipe down all hard surfaces in the bathrooms and kitchen, handle any glaringly obvious signs of dirt, clean the floors and try to leave the home in a presentable manner.  This service is best conducted after your movers have moved you out so we can clean hidden problems, clean floors from boot marks and handle any marks left on walls.

 Our High Touch Sanitize service is a specialized solution designed to target and eliminate harmful germs and bacteria from frequently touched surfaces. Our trained professionals meticulously sanitize high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, handrails, countertops, and other commonly used surfaces using industry-grade disinfectants.  Although this service is typically added onto our recurring maintenance cleans it can also be a standalone service.   

 Our Woodwork only Cleaning service is tailored to revitalize and maintain the beauty of your wooden surfaces. It can be a standalone service or added to our recurring maintenance clean client.  Our expert team will carefully handwash and polish woodwork such as baseboards, doors, door frames, window frames, wainscoting, chair rail, any decorative trim work, and cabinetry, removing built up dust, grease, fingerprints, and smudges.
